Jagmir Singh, on the other hand, dedicated his talents to serving clients across the globe, developing a diverse array of products ranging from plastic components to intricate sheet metal designs, dies, fixtures, jigs, and providing top-notch consulting services. It was a professional assignment that brought the two friends together in Miami—a design consulting project for a discerning client. As they journeyed from the sunny beaches of Miami to the innovative landscapes of California, Los Angeles, and Seattle, a realization dawned upon them. There existed a significant gap between the need and supply of engineering consulting services in the US.

They recognized that the very expertise they had been offering to distinguished multinational companies in India for years was in high demand across the ocean. This epiphany sowed the seeds of a new venture, and in a moment of inspired collaboration, they decided to bridge this gap.
